Dominic "Deem" Cunningham was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Most of his teenage years were carried out on the East Side of Columbus. When he was just a few months old his parents gave him up for adoption. And this "WONDERFUL WOMAN" (his very words), grabbed 'em up before some no good money hungry leeches could. He spent his elementary school years in "Southfield". Going back and forth from the east side, his moms house, to the south side, his dads house he acquired lower class and middle class lifestyles. The lower class life never got to him until his long time friend aka brother "Twin Mack" who at the time was 3 years older than him got gunned down by some crips. From than on Deem slowly, and, nearly not seen, crept away from family and others. He than ran to the streets where he became a Y.G., " JUST TO HONOR THY BROTHER". For years to come he than began hustling, trying to provide for his mom and grandma. Hustling was bringing him money he never seen before until the haters started coming up off of him. So he than began to become a stick up kid. Now he has the love his life (Alaina Nicole Boyer-Richardson) to keep him out of trouble. With all of this happening and with what he has been through, he has matured faster and better than others. Especially with his flow game!!! It has not been compared to any other rapper. You ask why, because Deem is so unique, they can't put a price on his lyrical value. His words, aren't lyrics that you catch the first time around. You have to be a "REAL LOYAL HIP-HOP HEAD". To him, it's way more than just snares and high hats which makes music. In the words of Weezy, "I AM HIP-HOP...AND HIP-HOP AIN'T DEAD, I'M ALIVE!!!!!!"
