Hello, this is not Robert "OZN" Rosen writing this, and Ned "EBN" Liben died in 1998, so this isn't him either. I am just a fan of this short lived group from the early 80's, and OZN or anybody he's associated with haven't created an official myspace site for the band so until him or somebody he's associated with does, fans can come here. I don't even know where OZN is now. He's involved in the film industry, but he doesn't have any kind of website or anything. Anyway, about the band:
EBN-OZN was the short lived synth pop duo of vocalist Robert "OZN" Rosen, and session musician Ned "EBN" Liben. They had two MTV and minor radio hits in the early 80's with "AEIOU Sometimes Y" and "Bag Lady (I Wonder)". They're lone studio album, 1984's "Feeling Cavalier" is a great pop treasure. However the two disbanded shortly after the album's release, and it's a shame, because there's plenty of other great songs on the album like "Stop Stop Give It Up" and "Video D.J.", as well as a bizarre but fun cover of "Rockin' Robin". These guys could've become like Ween or some other duo like that. Anyway, after the break up, EBN stayed in the music business working with artists like Scritti Politti. OZN formed the group DaDa NaDa, which released two singles before OZN left the music business altogether and took up an interest in screen writing. EBN died in 1998.
