I don't know about anyone else, but all I can say is a major Thank You to Don & Toresa for providing us Audio Jam Music and working tirelessly to bring us such a great site.

Last year when they first started the site, I saw something on MySpace and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did. There are tons of sites out there and the one thing I was taught don't site wH0rE yourself too much and have tons of sites with your music out there. If your music is good, keep it limited to a few sites and get the people to come to you.

Well I can say with Audio Jam - It worked!!!

In the time I have been here, which has been since June 2007, I have had almost 13,000 plays, received a lot of attention to my music, got selected to be on Audio Jam's compilation CD, received a 3 page article and review in EmmeK's New Age & New Sounds Magazine in Milan Italy, and getting air play on numerous FM smooth Jazz and Ambient radio stations. Plus, I have been able to developed a good base of fans awaiting my new release - The Awakeing - which will be released April 19, 2008 (always good to do a plug for me too..lol).

But seriously folks, Audio Jam Music and Don & Toresa had a lot to do with that. It's all a result of being on this site and letting people know about it. It's a mutual marketing job that we all have to be part of; the site promoting us, us promoting us and the site, and all of us promoting each other. It works when we all do our part and work together as a community.

If you are a new or emerging artist and looking to be heard, or just wanting an online venue to showcase your talents, a place that really does care about your music and a place to feel at home. Audio Jam Music is the place for you.

What I like best about Audiojam is that it is a Canadian based site that is chock full of amazing musical talent!

I joined Audiojam a few months after it started up. I was referred by another Audiojam artist (okay, Dennis Paul),who told me it was a good idea to get in on these types of sites when they were in their early, formative stages. I'd created four original blues type songs and did my best to build them up (I use loops to create my songs) and get them out into the music world. I can't play any instrument and I can't write music - I just put myself down on paper and I can sing a bit! My production skills are sadly lacking as well and my equipment is old and outdated. I am truly poor and struggling, but at least now I am a poor, struggling ARTIST! I thank Audiojam for that.

The response to my songs on this site was instantaneous and amazing! I realized that this is a far better way to get my songs to the public than sending out demo CDs to publishers via snail mail and waiting months for some kind of reply.

I thank Don and Toresa for including me on their compilation CD "Off The Wall" in aid of the Childrens Miracle Network and The Kidney Foundation. They used three of my songs on this double CD. I never thought I would be included on a CD with all these other truly great Audiojam artists!

I also thank Don and Toresa for working hard on behalf of the artists to get our music heard and known outside the bounds of Audiojam.

On a personal note, Don and Toresa have assisted me in resetting my Audiojam site when I so idiotically deleted it by clicking the wrong link, and even uploading my latest song when for some reason I was unable to do so. They look after their artists and I am one happy camper here at Audiojam!
