About me:
I've been in Austin for a while, now. Maybe you've seen me on North Lamar between North Loop and Koenig? If you have, you should come check me out. I'm the only feminist bookstore in Texas, and I'm just chock-full of resources, events, and gifts for you or someone in your life. You can stop by our website or come to the store to see what's new!

Who I'd like to meet:
Mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, godmothers, friends, children, students, those in the helping professions, lesbians, bisexuals, gay men, transgenders, intersex individuals, women of color, feminists and liberals of all shapes and sizes, sexes and genders, fledgling writers, crafty vegans, nature-lovers, zinesters, answer-seekers, gift-givers, and those of you that are just looking for a great book to read, fiction or non.

(512) 480-9652 open daily from 7 am to 2 am. all artwork is priced to sell ranging from $10 to $35. in the front room you will find three muppet portraits of grover, janice, and dr teeth for $35 each. in the middle room you will find larger collages made out of old books and mixed media for $35. you can also take a gander at 2 shadowboxes for $20 and some smaller collages for $15. in the back room you will find collages made from old books, found photos, and other mixed media for only $10. there are 3 other collages (2 even framed!) for $35. some other smaller collages are hidden about the rest of the building-see if you can find them! if you are interested in purchasing any of the artworks, please contact me via email: theecraftylibrarian@yahoo.com or www.myspace.com/theecraftylibrarian Artist's Statement (Jennie Tudor Gray) My artwork and life is fueled by passion for books, art, and the creative process.
