Formed in 1996, Ecclestone conquered the live circuit in Montreal and Toronto with emotional, endearing live performances.
Founding members include drummer/engineer/producer/multi-instrumentalist Dan Legault (Eclipse, Veronica Speedwell, Invisible Man, the daniel iorio group), guitarist Rob Phillips (Eclipse, Classic Albums Live) & frontman, singer/songwriter/producer Daniel Iorio.
The band parted ways in 2002, literally at the height of their 6 year career, producing two CDs, "Astral Guide", & "Datamantra".
The group had the privilege of opening for legendary classic rock bands like April Wine, Nazareth & YES. Ecclestone also enjoyed radio air play in Canada and the U.S, and won "Best Band" twice on Makeastar.com.
The boys still remain close friends and continue to collaborate with one another.

Les membres fondateurs du groupe sont: le batteur/ingénieur/réalisateur/multi-instrumentiste Dan Legault (Eclipse, Veronica Speedwell, Invisible Man), le guitariste Rob Phillips (Eclipse, Classic Albums Live) et le chanteur/auteur-compositeur/réalisateur Daniel Iorio.
Le groupe s'est séparé en 2002, littéralement au sommet de sa carrière de 6 ans, ayant produit 2 albums - "Astral Guide" et "Datamantra".
Le groupe a eu le privilège de faire les premières parties de groupes rock légendaires tels que April Wine, Nazareth et YES. Ecclestone a tourné sur les ondes des radios au Canada ainsi qu'aux États-Unis et a remporté le concours makeastar.com.
Les membres demeurent de bons amis et continuent de collaborer ensemble.
