Hollywood’s first eco-friendly Nightclub

Los Angeles, CA- May 27th, 2008- Tokio Los Angeles, LLC is proud to announce its transformation into Hollywood’s first and only eco-friendly lounge. Ecco Ultra Lounge, located in the heart of the popular Cahuenga Corridor, will set the standards for an eco-friendly nightlife experience by minimizing and neutralizing its impact on the environment.

Recognizing the eco-friendly milestone Ecco will establish in the nightlife industry, Discovery Channel (Planet Green) will be featuring the full transformation on its show Alter Eco, hosted by Entourage star Adrian Grenier.

Designed by Beau Robb, the mastermind behind renowned venues including Area nightclub and Privilege, Ecco will be the nation’s first eco-friendly certified nightlife venue. Ecco will feature, among other things:

Ecco is owned and operated by Danny B, David Stratton, Sean Muniz and Matthew Portnoff. Leading the transformation is Project Manager Sean Muniz, whose expertise includes many building projects for high-end fashion companies around the country. Danny B has been a powerhouse club promoter and event planner for the past 20 years, responsible for over 3000 events around the world. David Stratton, also a veteran of the nightclub, film and entertainment industry was also a former managing partner of the famous Club Lingerie. Matthew Portnoff is an entertainment and tax attorney who in recent years has represented numerous hospitality industry clients, with a special emphasis in nightclub and multi-national food and beverage brands.
