About me: As a graphic artist with a great interest in Puerto Rican culture I am inspired to create art with my computer.
My work consists of digital images of Taino petroglyphs, Don Pedro Albizu Campos and other icons in Puerto Rican folklore. The images are placed on different styles of garments and sold at Cemí Underground, my store in El Barrio, NYC (1799 Lexington Ave. at 112th St.). I also sell my designs through CafePress.com.
Check out some of my designs below thanks to Photographer Ricardo Muniz/Coquichulo Images. Styling by Valerie Greene. Makeup by Mackendy Marseille.
Who I'd like to meet: Other artist with similar interest in promoting Puerto Rico's art and culture.

Those of you looking to be part of an important project need not look any further. As i previously said i sit on the Puerto Rican Political Prisoner Freedom Album Project. We are hoping for fellow brothers and sisters to help and support us. We are looking for art submissions for a freedom calendar and album insert. We are also looking for art submissions that can be auctioned, raffled and sold. The proceeds will go to the release fund of the prisoners and to their families in the form of scholarships etc.
My arms reach out wide and with great faith that i will get a big response. If inertested or you know anyone that would be please forward them to my attention. I am hoping to get the pieces by the first week of june. All the artists will recieve proper credit for their contributions.
Should you need further information on the committee and project i will be more than happy to send it to you.
I just wanted to share some stills from REPENTANCE. The lighting treatment I am given the film as the project's cinematographer is a cross between a film noir (in color) and a graphic novel -- damn stylized films are hard to shoot -- but we are loving it. We shoot one more weekend and then start editing!
