I am a United States Sailor. I am stationed at Norfolk Navy Base, in Virginia. I am currently on shore duty. Soon, I will get orders to a ship.

For fun, I like to go to the movies, skating, dancing, camping, rock climbing, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

I grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina, where I lived until I was 20 years old. From there I moved to Abilene Texas, and attended ACU for 2 years. Then I attended a technical college for a degree in computer networking. That's when I decided to join the Navy.

North Carolina contiunes to be a state I will cherish forever. I made many lifelong friends growing up in NC. I am especially fond of a place called Carolina Bible Camp, and I would love to return there someday to revisit some old friends.

    I'd rather have no income tax but I definitely think the Fairtax is a better way of collecting. Unfortunately I think we may have to wait 4 more years.

    Hey Joshua - Thanks for taking time to listen to "The FairTax Reveille". I'm really glad you liked the song. There's another song about the illegal immigration crisis that's rather timely. It's called "Don't Fade Away". I love the quote that The South Park Conservative posted (about six comments before mine) from President Ronald Regan, when he said, "Freedom is only a generation away from extinction".

    I just wanted to pass along a warning.


    One of our mutual myspace "friends" that used to be named "JUST SAY NO TO FRED THOMPSON" has changed his name to "Mike Huckabee: NOT a True Conservative" and is now a site that attacks Mike. The site appears to support Ron Paul the most. I'm guessing the attacks are in response to Huckabee's tremendous, consistent growth.


    As Mike always says, these attacks are likely a good sign, since it shows that he is now considered a very real possibility to win the Republican nomination.
    Huckabee recently tied Giuliani for first in the nation in the Rasmussen polls! (-:
