Welcome to our official myspace, we are ECLIPSE!
Right now we've got a double personality....during the week we play our violins, viola and cello for popstars, bands and producers, shows on TV, radio, concert hall and theatre.
At the weekend, our forces combine to form ECLIPSE. We pick up our signature range of electric instruments (we'll sign almost anything), fill them with electricity and plug them into the loudest thing around (like the sound system at Wembley when we supported McFly!)
We're doing something new with our fiddles. We write, arrange, and then rock!
Artists we've worked with include, Gorrilaz, McFly, Arctic Monkeys, Lucie Silvas.
We have just released our long awaited debut album, in conjunction with playing at the Royal Albert Hall with our rock backing band. On it, you'll find our own brand of string-rock (for moshing), string-jazz (for shwinging) and a little helping of crossover-classical (for our lady friends' dinner parties).
