Ecliptic, formed by Raul Mejia (a.k.a. Ruls) and Juan Carlos Navarro(a.k.a Navarro) is currently one of the most recognized mexican electronic music projects worldwide. creating a unique and original style with high quality production has been essential for Ecliptic to build a long and solid trajectory.
A very characteristic sound with precise mixing and atmospheres capable of wrapping up any dance-floor makes their live set requested in festivals, clubs and parties around the world such as Universo Paralello (Brazil), Boom Festival (Portugal), Glade Festival (UK), Voov Experience, Full Moon, Tshitraka (Germany) Earthdance(US), Time and Space (Mexico).And many many more.
2002 is the year in witch they release their first E.P "Agua" with great success under the Ballonia label from Israel. In 2005 comes the first full length album "A Fissure in Silence" with Mexico's own Maia Records taking them to play in such places as Japan, Sweden, USA, Germany and more.
During their 10 year career, Raul and Juan have placed tracks in an innumerable amount of compilations released by the most prestigious and respected labels like: Iboga Recs.(DK), Flow Recs.(PT), Turbo Trance
(FR),Spin Twist(GER),Liquid Recs.(UK) Sounds of
Earth(MX), Maia Recs. (MX) and many more.
In 2008 Ecliptic had an important participation in the digital industry when every track sold in the famous and recognized virtual store Beatport reached the top ten charts.
Aside from the Ecliptic project, this duo is also working in alternative projects like Lunar sound that ranges from the Chill Out genre, to Tech House and Techno. Lunar Sound has a full length album "Electric Plants" with the Zulu Lounge label. The third project is Ruls (Raul Mejia) more focused on progressive trance and progressive house.
Today Ecliptic are working on their second album and their record label Undergroove Music created in 2008 with a purpose of promoting alternate projects and supporting the great talent that is developing in our country. Also professionally mastering for different labels like Sounds of Earth and Iboga Mexico.
Minimoon is a well-known representative track from Mexican duo Lunar Sound (Ecliptic),
renown pioneers of the Mexican trance scene with great acceptance around the globe.
In celebration of the first anniversary of the birth of their label, Undergroove Music, comes
Minimoon Rmxs, featuring three outstanding versions of the original masterpiece made by
top Mexican and international producers.
Undergroove Music is proud to present "Destructures". This EP includes two outstanding
collaborations from top mexican artists such as Lunar Sound and Caballero as well as new
talents like Jossie Telch who worked in the studio to create these masterpieces.
