About me: Welcome to the Eco-Savants Kickball team's page! The Eco-Savants' first season in the Little Rock Kickball Association -- that's LRKA, to the in-the-know kids -- was in the fall of 2005. We played against such esteemed teams as the legendary Boulevard Bread crew and the well-known and amazing Superfriends. In our fantasies, as we sit around drinking, we like to think we squashed the Killer B's and the Superfriends into very tiny little pieces and then recycled them into the toilet paper you use today. Alas, that is not so as the Eco-Savants lost every game that season because we had no idea the competitive league was, well, really competitive. But we soon learned. Boy, did we.
After three seasons in the fun-lovin' Laid Back League (where we play along side people dressed in penguin costumes and bondage gear), we're now entering our first season in the brand-new Novice League. Right On!
Our captain is the fearless, frightful Lorax. Our co-captain: the pig-tailed trouble-maker named Babysham.
This season's model features returning 15 Ecos, 4 refugees from the Zombies (taking a season off) 1 former Kickin' It superstar, and 4 brand newbies. Look out, Novice League--Eco-Savants comin' straaaaaaaightatcha!

I think I do a better job at mascot than catcher! Thanks to BabySham for stepping in for me! My kickball party started a bit too early yesterday!

Good times on Sunday--big win over Angry Penguins! Way to hold on in the bottom of the 6th. Y'all givin' ol' Lorax a heart attack, lettin' dem birds back in da game, but we held on. Abu Dei!
