We need billions of dollars to build a sustainable infrastructure for this country within 5-10 years if we are going to avoid an irreversible environmental catastrophe. The only way we're going to free up billions of dollars is by stopping the War on Terror. The only way we're going to stop the War on Terror is if people realize that the foundational justification for this nightmare was a fraud orchestrated by the neoconservative Project for a New American Century.
