About me: A one-time cartoonist, Ed Brubaker has been working as a writer since the early 90s, and in that time his work has won several awards and been translated into eleven languages around the world. He primarily works in comics, but has also written screenplays and someday would like to finish a novel, since he's got so many started.
He currently resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife, Melanie, and three lovely pets.

I wish you guys would've left Steve Rogers dead! Why go through the huge hype & ordeal over his death just to bring him back 2 years later?? It makes everything in the last 2 years seem pointless & anti-climactic. If you're gonna bring back a dead character, at least let him be dead awhile. Two years is not long enough to be dead and then revived. Besides, there has been NO shortage of NEW Steve Rogers as Captain America adventures, considering that since his death in mainstream continuity, there has been an issue of some mini-series starring Steve Rogers' Cap every month, not to mention the Marvel Adventures line, where Steve never died in the 1st place. I say, leave Steve Rogers DEAD in normal continuity & let him live on the same way they have the past 2 years. I think it's far more interesting to see Bucky growing into the role of Captain America, one he had basically been prepared for his whole adolescent & adult life & hand picked by Steve himself, to succeed him as Cap.
Don't even get me started on how sick to death I am of Jean Grey dying then being resurrected every 3 to 5 years. Seriously, X-writers need a better major plot device. I'm so glad she didn't return in Uncanny X-Men #511 like I thought she was going to.
