I've been writing and playing my own songs since I was about 12, which was a long, long time ago. I've been through many phases over the years, so I've written almost every type of music you can imagine, including: Musical theater, folk, rock, contemporary classical, jazz, r&b, new age and world music. It's only recently I've discovered the joy of playing other people's music, mostly traditional Irish music with the band Jug o' Punch (based in Worcester County, MA.)
Check out some free downloads of some of my old stuff (from the 80s) at:

Also, the two new-age/world music albums I put out under the name Parodos are now available for purchase online at iTunes, AmazonMP3, Rhapsody, Napster and Groupie Tunes. Just do a search for Parodos. The albums are entitled "Night" and "Haunted."
