In an ever evolving music industry only the innovative will survive by constantly keeping one step ahead of the rest. Eddie Coulter is a forward thinking DJ who’s versatile style enables him to seamlessly blend genre’s and create one unique vibe.
Styles: deep house, latin tribal, electro tech, progressive.
Over the last three years Eddie has played main room sets at most major Clubs in Sydney including Home, the Chinese Laundry, Tank, Ivy, Nevermind, The Metro and Festivals at Moore Park and Fox Studios.
After a guest appearance at Tank for Defected in The House in 2006 Eddie was invited by Alan Thompson to be a resident DJ at Sydney’s DTPM Parties. Originating from Fabric in London, DTPM Sydney is famous for its upfront house and electro.
Away from the Club Eddie is busy re-editing tracks and mixing his Live podcasts which are available FREE on iTunes. Eddie is also one of a select few working DJs throughout Australia chosen to submit his weekly top twenty tracks to the Aria Club Charts.
Event highlights: 13 main room sets for DTPM at Tank, Main Stage at Summer Gay Day Festival in 2007 and Summer Lovin Stage in 2008 at Moore Park, Mardi Gras 30th Anniversary Party at Fox Studios, Frisky at the Metro, Homesexual at Home, Together at Home, The White Party at Luna Park.
Support highlights: Carl Kennedy, Jonathan Ulysses, Tom Stephan, Tracy Young, Soul Avengerz, Moto Blanco and Alan Thompson.
Residencies: DTPM Sydney, The White Party Sydney, Bixa Mafia Brazilian Parties, Spin Out at the Phoenix.
Guest Spots: The Cross, Lady Lux, Candies Apartment, Lepanic, Hugo's Lounge, Trademark, ARQ, Havanna, Nevermind, The Shift, The Phoenix, Slide, The Flinders, Middlebar, The Columbian, The Oxford, Mars Lounge, The Bank, AB Hotel, Cruise Bar, Martin Place Bar, Industrie and The Shore Club Manly.
2009 is shaping up to be another busy year for Eddie Coulter after being signed by Agent Asia who represents some of the top DJs in the world including Claude Monnet and Yousef as well as major Club Brands Club Azuli and Kinky Malinki.
