Hello my name is Eddie Ray Franks I am singer / songwriter / as well as a husband and father. I served time in the army 26 years and am retired now. I love my family and could not do this with out their love and support. So to my wife,sons and daughter-n-laws Thank You. I learned my first guitar chord at the age of six from Johnny Horton. I come from a family that has always had an interest in music. My hereo's are the late Tillman B. Franks and Johnny Horton. I have played in NCO clubs on many bases around the world. I have also preformed in various retirement homes for the love of entertaining and putting a smile on someones face, Played a few night clubs here and there......... I have settled in to focus on my music and writing my songs. Edidie Ray and Micheal B have combined their musical talents and came up with "Aint no pot of Gold" ---Micheal B wrote all the music and Eddie Ray wrote the lyrics and Micheal B features his vocals on this track. I am currently working on some new material and in the process of getting some of my music uploaded.... EDDIE RAY FRANKS IS NOW MANAGING AND PROMOTING TILLMAN B FRANKS JR. WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF CUTTING NEW SONGS IN THE STUDIO.
