These days I'm very wary when asked to review a track with an electro house feel so it was with some trepidation that I loaded Secret Service EP from Matan Caspi & Eddy Good on Holland's Little Mountain Recordings up. However, as soon as the track starts I'm greeted with a tight, warm, well structured bass-line. Here we go....
The stabs in track one, Magic Bottle, gradually increase as we make our way through the intro until we're greeted with what can only be described as a brilliant dirty techy synth driven section. A very clever off beat increases your interest further, my thoughts already are that this is an excellent production, but can it improve? Yes - the first break is very musical and drops right back into a filthy bass-line where a dark "Unkle"-style low end is introduced layered with a beautiful dreamy section and a very intelligent electro pop assault as we wind up for the main breakdown. And what a break it is: as I listened I already had visions of the dance-floor reaching meltdown. Magic Bottle will keep your attention from start to finish, its very well sequenced and the clever use of sounds would make this a winner in Electro, Tech house and house sets alike: a great production.
Secret Service is the second offering from Matan Caspi & Eddy Good on the EP and it's a more progressive number. With a 128bpm pace, the track starts off with a good tight intro with a good use of hats to keep things nice and lively. We're then treated to a gradual introduction of those trade mark stabs used on Magic Bottle with good use of synths for the main section. A pounding groove and clever use of some warm almost Japanese-like synth stabs warm you up for the reintroduction of the main bass-line. For me, this ones best used as a warm up track if your a two down, one up kinda disc jockey. Whilst its not quite as clever as its big brother, Secret Service delivers in all the right places, a solid set filler.
To summarise, very solid EP from Sander Kleinenberg's Little Mountain Recordings. There's no doubt Matan Caspi & Eddy Good are clever, musical and tight producers with a good take on keeping things interesting. Make no mistake, this EP will be hammered everywhere this summer. (Craig Neeld – 365Mag)

In 1996 becomes the resident of the legendary night club of Amsterdam club Trance Buddha, the first club with strongly expressed trance-concept. Eddy Good independently forms musical policy Trance Buddha, acts as the organizer with participation of Top-star names and constantly pleases the public with new acts and energy on regular returning projects: Musical Evolution (with DJ Diablo), Positive Energy (with DJ Astrid) , Intelligence (with DJ Edo) and Reincarnation (with DJ Bas & Ram and Gino from New York) .

In 2000 Eddy Good has continued his organizing on the territory of Ukraine and started together with Liya Melody the event and booking company UAM Entertainment. As a team they have seriously affected the development of the musical and club business side of the country, having started to invite foreign DJ’s for performance on the Ukrainian dance-floors as 1 of the firsts. With participation Eddy Good following club projects and large-scale actions have been realized:
2003 and till today: Flying Dutchman is the first and long-term project in the Ukraine’s dance culture. Thematically nights, characterized with the presence of specific music styles and visions, carry the atmosphere of freedom. It has been performed by world-renowned names and the best Dutch DJ/Producers. Eddy Good is the one of the gurus and indispensable resident of the said project. Flying Dutchman had and goes on having an exceptional success within clubs of Kyiv and other cities in Ukraine. Flying Dutchman events has been as only 1 on the national news, appearances on MTV and many other media outlets.
In the context of the project Flying Dutchman there were also arranged Special Flight parties, where international DJs and producers were involved. Special Flight is the talents night, whose music masterpieces pervade with freshness our favorite sets of top star names.
2004 and till today: project Emotion was put on – a squall club project, which has granted to clubbers unforgettable feelings. The first suite of parties of such a frame was repeatedly highlighted by the rating TV news on the national TV Ukrainian channels!
2005 and till today: FUTURAevent – an experimental project for club Sound Planet. The basic idea is play-with-sound experimenting. Eminent DJs, well known by club audience were invited on these parties. Each party is a new experiment, new styles, new music…
2005 and till today: ElectroNation – is a much-talked-of Dutch project uniting mainstream and underground club trends. After an exceptional success in the Netherlands parties were arranged in Kyiv. www.electronation.nl
2005 and till today: Live & Famous – the best DJs of the planet/ the best vocalists/ the best musicians! The first club project which combines performance of live musicians of the original genre accompanied by sets by prominent DJs.
2005 Euro DJ Party was arranged in the International Exhibition Center, Kyiv (7 000 people). Here he is one of the organizers, the headliner of the festival, on the same row with eminent Harry Lemon, Rene Amesz and others.
2006 Amnesia Party was performed in ExpoPlaza, Kyiv (12 000 people) - he is one of the organizers of the party, where headliner was DJ 3 among world leaders – Armin van Buuren.
Eddy Good has now serious long-term experience in sphere of the dance industry. A permanent job with the musical product, producing, organization of events, cooperation with Ukrainian and European record-labels, show-organizations and stars of world musical stage, have recommended Eddy Good, as the authoritative and professional person in show-industry.
November 2004 - March, 2007 together with DJ Plato Eddy Good conducted weekly radio-show "Ctudio21" which has received the first award as "the best informative and educational radio show of Ukraine ", on annual awards of mass media " the Gold feather ". "Ctudio21" the first show in Ukraine, propagandizing progressive culture. Ctudio 21 was all about music of legendary DJ/producers of the world, with exclusive guest mixes from international stars, interviews and un-ordinary stories from un-ordinary people.
Since May, 2007 Eddy Good started new radio show, Flying Dutchman, the show is opening secrets of musical culture of Holland and history of electronic music with exclusive guest mixes from well known Dutch DJ’s. Dutch DJ and producer Eddy Good presents Flying Dutchman radio of show every Friday on radio of station Kiss FM. After 1 year Eddy Good decided to move the show to the new station DJ FM on every Sunday evening. Next to the Flying Dutchman show, Eddy Good is doing a special edition every other week with Sander Kleinenberg’s show Little Mountain Rocks from Sander K own label Little Mountain Recordings. All guests’ mixes are made by their label artists.
Next to the weekly Flying Dutchman and Little Mountain Rocks radio shows Eddy Good also does a weekly show together with Matan Caspi “Caspi & Good Back2Back show” on Kiss FM Ukraine on every Thursday. Where they spin, as the name says already, back to back the newest tunes released and unreleased. Also guest mixes with top names are the name of the game here.
In the summer of 2007 Eddy Good has decided to stop promoter and organizer activities and want to give himself completely to the art of producing and DJ-ing. After meeting with Matan Caspi and 1 year of sketches and complicated tracks they finally find their unique blend of sound which did fuse each other’s musical back ground and taste: Psy trance, progressive, techno, electro, tech house, minimal, house, deep house and any other electronic music. Even Beatport found it difficult to label their latest release on Little Mountain Records…Its time for multi labeling music!
So far Eddy Good had releases on Fonky Vibe “Compulsion ft. Mr. Ed – Deceptive World EP” which was released in 1998, on Nutrition “Mr. Ed – Ocean” in 1999.
After a 10 year stop being busy organizing events and being a promoter for many clubs and events, Eddy continued his productions together with Matan Caspi: Their releases so far are on Haiti Groove and Relifted with the hit remix of “Damien J. Carters & Damien Heck – Glacier In the Sun” released in 2008.
On Little Mountain Recordings with Secret Service EP which includes the track Magic Bottle.
