Before Eddy went to Cal Arts he hitch hiked across Canada, hopped a freight train and hitch hiked back across the US back packing his oboe. He played the oboe, improvisation and Bach Aria excerpts at every chance he could get. When Eddy stayed at the commune "The Brothehood Of The Spirit" (Warwick Mass.) he had a dream that "Playing the oboe creates rainbows". Eddy played with "The Future Primitive Art Ensemble" Butch Morris Orchestra, John Zorn's "Cobra", etc., of course classical (chamber music, orchestras, soloist and his own funk band "The Inspirational Ensemble" to name a few. He's also toured in Europe, South East Asia and the continental United States. In 1996 Eddy joined Screen Actors Guild and has been also performing as an actor in Film and TV see www.EdwardRollin.com. Eddy is also a photographer (www.EdwardRollinPhotography.com), recently published in a Simon and Schuster book called "Holy Headshots", 2008. He is also a writer. He wrote his first screenplay based on his hitch hiking experience, "Summer Of '70" or "Hippie From Brooklyn". I'd like to make it into a film if anyone has the interest in helping me. Hello Eddy Rollin, Your beauty is multiplexed in contemplation of your multidimensional effervescence. Your eyes are like spheres of crystal water filled with shimmering dreams. The sand runes crossing your divided consciousness do speak of contemptuous monsters being slayed by flying phoenixes. Your tears evoke a taste as memorable as honey. You turn the atmosphere ablaze with currents of sweet ethylene when you smile. I relentlessly desire cotton candy lollipops. The expanse of your beauty is a void no universe could ever fill. I sense wild vapors of sweet champagne in your larynx. Please let me hear more of that wonderful sound. You are dressed with filaments and people take pains to make you fully incandescent this evening. What wonderful vibrations you are capable of. The skin I shed is a perfume that makes water bubbles so terribly clear to me. May you always have stables of horses to service your needs. How it passes there and back again like a tear drop glistening in moonlight.
thanks for the request Eddy,
