Anything that affects the central nervous system should do… except anti-psychotics. If You are currently on these, You might consider skipping one instead. What’s the worst thing that could happen? The end of mankind? Well… that’s exactly the worst thing that could happen. So, do evaluate Your level of access to weapons of mass destruction beforehand and proceed accordingly, PLEASE.

Now, I must confess that, if I was reading this, I’d feel less than irresistibly tempted. The pursuit of novelty in music most often leads to such things as superchromatic mental wanking, plain rap or the ever-popular chewing-snoring-farting combo. But, as You already know, I don’t play any of these games. Instead, every single note has been carefully chosen by Yours Truly through a lengthy procedure known as Composing. Have I told You lately that I love You? Have I told You there’s no one else above You?? You fill my heart with gladness, take away all my sadness, ease my troubles, that’s what… You do!

Sittenwidrige Markenanmeldungen

In vielen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, den Namen einer Band oder auch den Künstlernamen eines Musikers beim ..DPMA.. als Marke anzumelden.

Hierbei sollte allerdings darauf geachtet werden, daß der anzumeldende Name nicht gar zu derb ist, da das "Anstandsgefühl" Deutscher Ämter und Gerichte sich doch signifikant von dem der Musikantengemeinde unterscheidet und die Markenanmeldung vom DPMA wegen Sittenwidrigkeit zurückgewiesen werden kann.

Ein erbauliches Beispiel hierfür ist der Beschwerdeentscheidung "Ready To Fuck" des Bundespatentgerichtes (BPatG) zu entnehmen:
