Eden's Hill was formed in May 2008 when four women decided to combine their talents and explore their common interest in traditional music. Drawing from their previous experiences in classical, rock, pop and folk music, the sound of Eden's Hill is one that crosses genres and appeals to multiple audiences.
The haunting vocals of Gwyneth Keen (Celtish) are complimented by the soaring violin of Lizzie Prendergast (Bluehorses) whilst Elizabeth Casey on Piano and Emma Bryden, Cello (Ember, Halflight) complete the lineup. Eden's Hill has a sound which ranges from sparse and brooding to vibrant and expansive as they rework traditional songs in their own style and introduce their own songs to a wider audience.
Eden's Hill have performed individually at the majority of Europe’s major music festivals and their fans are eagerly awaiting the release of their first Album “Crow on the cradle” which expected in winter 2008.
As we are playing Metal Camp festival in Slovenia in a few weeks on July 5th we have decided to upload to 2 brand new tracks from our forthcoming debut album. The songs are called:

Helloooooo!, No nothing planned for this weekend, cos my son goes to visit his half brother on Saturday and stays there till around 2.30am, so I just stay in to keep my pooch and 2 cats company. Actually I DO have a kind of 'plan' for tomorrow, cos my phone rang about 10 minutes ago, a pal of mine is broken hearted cos his girl friend has dumped him....he told me he got so depressed he attempted suicide a few nights back, I've told him to get himself round here tomorrow and I will lend an 'ear' sort of thing, as he obviously could do with someone to talk AT. He's a good bloke and HAS had a rough life in the past, so I'll give him a bit of MY time to just basically talk it out. Are you gigging or rehearsing over the weekend, or do you give yerself a night off at times? to go out there and STRUT.
