Sad news: www. warholstars. org reports that Chuck Wein has passed away. In the attached item, it also mentions that Edie's Cambridge friend Ed Hennessy also recently died. :(
Hope they're both enjoying a cocktail with Edie somewhere out there...

Chuck Wein 13 May: Have just received the news that Chuck Wein died last week of heart failure. The exact date of death is still to be confirmed, but will be posted here once known. Wein's friends are planning a surf/ocean send off of his ashes off the coast of California. Wein was a firm believer in reincarnation. His death follows that of another early friend of Edie Sedgwick, Ed Hennessey, who passed away during the winter.
