I play the double bass and the bass guitar for everything from jazz to rock to musical theater to free improv to afro-cuban to folk to funk to traditional to punk, as well as commercial jingles and film scores.... Until recently I worked regularly with the rock band The Prodigals (web|myspace), the jazz trio Monk for President (myspace) and pop-rock sensation Zipthunk! (myspace). These groups, and others, have taken me around the world and put me on tv and radio countless times. Others I feel lucky to have worked with include: Scott Neumann, Tony Lewis, Claudio Roditi, Daniel Binelli, Christos Rafalides, Conor Lyons, Ernest Anderson, Rick Faulkner, Priscilla Owens, Michael Brunnock, Mazz Swift, Steve Holloway, Mable Lee, Mercedes Hall, Maire McVicker, Paul Shapiro, Kenny Venezia, Dave Kain, Sylvester Scott, Gary Hammond, Rick Del Savio, Karen Teperberg, Jerome Morris, Kyle Struve, Buddy Connolly, John Redmond, Randy Borra, Todd Capp, John Wieczorek, Jeff Holmes, Dan Shamir, Stephen Barnett (to name a few)
I'm now giving bass lessons at Heights Guitars in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
