2002 – MLE Narcisse
Edmond started writing lyrics from 1996. His first titles are sung adaptations from instrumental versions of the trip-hop wave (Dj Cam(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DJ_Cam)). His influences are various : Etienne Daho(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etienne_Daho), Sho Ayami(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sh%C5%8D_Hayami), for the voice, Mylène Framer(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mylene_farmer), Robert(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_(singer)), for the lyrics, Deee-Lite(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deee_lite), Pet Shop Boys(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pet_shop_boys) and Pizzicato Five(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pizzicato_Five) for the music.
In 2000 he leaves his native West of France to go and study Japanese language and civilization in Paris. It’s during this period that Edmond makes his debut as a singer-song writer by releasing his first album on the 20th of December 2002 : MLE Narcisse (multimedia limited edition). This album, in numbered and limited edition (25 in total), is actually a multimedia CD including pictures and videos. Each of it has its own silkscreen.
2003 – Journey in Japan
In December 2002, Edmond leaves Paris, for a year, to go to Tokyo for living and working. During his stay he’ll write most of the lyrics from his forthcoming album “Tsumi”. That’s also when he’s going to work and improve his voice in particular in karaoke. He’s also going to learn to like new musical styles like rock/hard rock (Shiina Ringo(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiina_Ringo), Hyde(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyde_(musician))), r&b (Utada Hikaru(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utada_Hikaru) , BoA(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BoA)). This journey will be an opportunity to immerse himself into new tendencies.
2004 – Tsumi
Back to Paris, Edmond starts the composition of his new album “Tsumi”. The first single to be released this year is “dream multimedia single”, on the 14th of February. The single includes two instrumental sessions and a previously unreleased remix from on title of the album “Narcisse MLE”: TAKO. It also includes as a multimedia bonus a photo gallery and series of videos made in Paris, Tokyo and Agadir (where Edmond spent holidays when he came back from Tokyo).
On the first of May is released a new single entitled “Playboy”. For the first time Edmond released an electro-rock song, quite avant-garde at this time.
It is also the year of his first live performance in the 13th arrondissement of Paris as he released the single “Back in Club”, on the 21st of June. The single gets a really positive feedback from the public. The song is written in three different languages mixed together: French, English and Japanese.
Following the release of the three singles, “Tsumi” is released in limited edition on the 27th of November with a video CD including all the videos made and edited by Edmond during the year.
2005- Free
On the 2nd of July is released a new single : “B Human”. It’s on the limited edition (12 titles) that you can encounter the first version of Edmond: “Bang Bang”, originally sung by Nancy Sinatra. Two versions of the music videos have been made : one in 2005 and another one in 2007. Only the first version will be released officially on Youtube. Before leaving France definitively, Edmond releases a latest album including 21 titles : “Free” in limited edition with 9 different versions of the cover.
2006 – Strawberry
In the end of 2005 Edmond arrives in Barcelona, Spain. On the 3rd of March 2006 release a Myspace-only available single : “No entiendo” (the first song written in Spanish by Edmond). A french version is also published on the same single: “Je ne comprends pas”.
On the 14th of July one of his biggest hit single :”Strawberry” from the single “XS single VIP edition”. The audience is amazed with the new music video made with MS Paint for his “kawaii”(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawaii) world. On this year Edmond is back on stage for 3 concerts in Barcelona. The first live at La Casa Pluto is even released officially on Myspace. There will be a second concert at the same place and another one in the bar Barrio Candela. It is the occasion for Edmond to discover a new enthusiastic audience.
2007 – 666
On the 24th of March is released a new album “666” (referring to the satanic number and to one of Hyde’s albums). This album is meant to be retrospective in order to make discover to the cosmopolitan audience of Barcelona the previous titles of Edmond. It also includes new titles as a version of “I wish I didn’t miss you anymore” originally sung by Angie Stone(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angie_Stone). On the 8th of October is released on Myspace a new single “Desconocido” only available on this webpage.
2008 - Retroactive
On the 15th of November is released only on Myspace a new single “Retroactive”. The are 5 titles including one exclusive remix of “Strawberry” and a version of a BoA’s song: “Diamond Heart” (title produced by a friend of Edmond, Nukes (http://www.myspace.com/blindariel)).
2009 - Released digital single officially on sale
From the 13th of June the first “official” debut single of Edmond is on sale. This maxi includes 6 tracks and is entitled “Back in Club MAXI Single”. It is now available on digital format in iTunes and Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Back-In-Club-Maxi-Single/dp/B002HMSDQM/).

En 2000, il quitte sa Bretagne natale pour étudier la langue et la civilisation japonaise à Paris. C’est à cette époque qu’Edmond débute dans l'autoproduction (en tant qu’auteur-compositeur-interprète) en lançant son premier album le 20 Décembre 2002 : Narcisse MLE (multimedia limited edition). Cet album, en édition limitée et numérotée (25 au total), est en fait un CD multimédia comprenant photos & vidéos -chaque version possède sa propre sérigraphie.
2003 – Séjour au Japon
En Décembre 2002, Edmond quitte Paris pour aller vivre et travaillera à Tokyo pendant un an. Durant ce séjour, il écrira la majorité des paroles de son futur album Tsumi. A cette époque Edmond va travailler et perfectionner sa voix notamment dans des karaokés. C’est également à cette période qu’il va apprendre à apprécier de nouveaux genres musicaux tels que le rock/hard rock (Shiina Ringo(http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiina_Ringo), Hyde(http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyde)), le r&b (Utada Hikaru(http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utada_Hikaru), BoA(http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/BoA)). Ce séjour sera l’occasion de s’imprégner de nouvelles influences dans son travail.
2004 - Tsumi
De retour à Paris, Edmond entame la composition de son nouvel album « Tsumi ».
Le premier single à sortir cette année là est “Dream multimedia single”, le 14 Février. Le single est composé de deux sessions d’instrumentaux et d’un remix inédit d’un des titres de l’album “Narcisse MLE” : TAKO. Il comprend également en bonus multimédia une galerie de photos et une série de vidéos tournées à Paris, Tokyo et Agadir (lieu où Edmond passa des vacances à son retour de Tokyo).
Le 1er Mai sort un nouveau single intitulé “Playboy”. Pour la première fois Edmond sort un titre électro-rock, d’avant-garde pour l’époque.
C'est aussi l'année de sa première performance live dans le 13ème arrondissement à Paris à l'occasion de la sortie du single "Back in Club", le 21 Juin 2004. Le single reçoit une réponse très positive du public. Le morceau principal est composé d’un mélange de trois langues : français, anglais et japonais.
A la suite de la sortie de ses trois singles, “Tsumi” sort enfin en édition limitée le 27 Novembre avec, en bonus, un cd vidéo regroupant l’intégralité des vidéos filmées et montées par Edmond au cours de l’année.
2005 – Free
Le 2 Juillet sort un nouveau maxi “B Human”. C’est sur l’édition limitée (12 titres) de ce dernier que l’on retrouve la première reprise d’Edmond: “Bang bang”, version de la chanson originale de Nancy Sinatra. Deux versions du vidéo clip seront réalisées: l’une en 2005, l’autre en 2007. Seule la version 2005 sera diffusée au grand public. Avant de quitter définitivement la France, Edmond sort un nouvel album incluant « B Human » le 6 Septembre composé de 21 titres : "Free" en édition limitée avec 9 versions différentes de la couverture du CD.
2006 - Strawberry
C’est fin 2005 qu’Edmond arrive à Barcelone. Le 3 Mars 2006 sort un nouveau single uniquement disponible sur myspace: “No entiendo” (la première chanson écrite en espagnol par Edmond). Une version française est également publiée sur ce même single, “Je ne comprends pas”.
Le 14 Juillet sort un de ses plus grand succès: “Strawberry” extrait de “XS single VIP edition”. Le public est enchanté par le nouveau vidéo clip réalisé seulement avec MS Paint pour son ambiance “kawaii”(http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawai).
L'année 2006 est également l'année du retour sur scène avec une série de trois concerts sur Barcelone. Le premier live à la Casa Pluto sera d’ailleurs diffusé officiellement sur myspace. Il y aura ensuite un second concert à Casa Pluto et un troisième au Bar Barrio Candela. C’est l’occasion pour Edmond de découvrir un public nouveau et chaleureux.
2007 - 666
Le 24 Mars sort le nouvel album intitulé “666” (en référence au chiffre satanique ainsi qu’un clin d’œil à l’un des titres d’un album de Hyde). Cet album se veut avant tout rétrospectif afin de faire découvrir au public cosmopolite de Barcelone les anciens titres d’Edmond. Il y inclut aussi quelques nouveaux titres dont la reprise de “I wish i didn..t miss you anymore” d’Angie Stone (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angie_Stone).
Le 8 Octobre sort sur myspace un nouveau single “Desconocido” uniquement diffusé sur cette page.
2008 – Retroactive
Le 15 Novembre sort, uniquement sur myspace, un nouveau single “Retroactive”. Il se compose de 5 titres dont un remix exclusif de “Strawberry” et une reprise d’une chanson de BoA : “Diamond Heart” (titre produit par un ami producteur d’Edmond, Nukes (http://www.myspace.com/blindariel)).
2009 – Sortie officielle en vente en format digital
Depuis le 13 Juin 2009 est sorti à la vente le premier single “officiel” d’Edmond. Ce maxi est composé de 6 titres et s’intitule “Back in Club MAXI Single”. Il est désormais disponible en format digital sur iTunes et Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Back-In-Club-Maxi-Single/dp/B002HMSDQM/).
