Edmundo has been presenting Latin Dance music in Sweden since 1999.
He started the first Swedish Latin-club music oriented radio show "Tropicana" at a local radio station in Gothenburg back in 1999.
Edmundos work received nominations for Sweden's biggest national radio award called "Stora Radio Priset".
2003 - nominated for "Best Swedish Radio Show of The Year"
2004 - nominated for "Best Swedish Radio Interview Of The Year"
He was then hired as station manager and refreshed the stations profile opening the doors to local urban radio-talents.
This changes the stations singsongwriter-pop profile drastically including new urban tracks and hot new dancemusic.
An experiment and radiosound like nothing else on Swedish radio at the time with talents like Garry Palmer, Pinchers Jr, Fathead, Ki Boy and others.
One step ahead discovering new hot rhythms and tracing reemerging vibes he added the concept of "latin urban" to the stations playlist.
One of the several urban music genres he pushed hard (until then unknown in Sweden) was upcoming reggaeton, but also Latin Freestyle, Latin House.
Edmundo has done interviews with artists like BeatNuts, Adassa, Petter, El Chombo, Paul Van Dyk, Rigo, Juanes..
He has later being behind projects like "The Voice Club" (www.thevoice.se), "Vice City Club", "Fiesta Latina Total" "Reggaeton Swedish Contest 2009", among others.
He is known as a cutting edge latin urban Dj, always worknig on bringing you the hottest new tunes and rhythms!
REGGAETON SM - REGGAETON SWEDISH NATIONAL CONTEST 2009 - HouseOfLatin got the mission to setup the semifinals for Swedens second biggest city Gothenburg so we got into picking the best Reggaeton dancers we could find. After 2 months of looking and competing we picked the ones to represent in the finals. The Finals took place in a cruiser called "Fiesta Latina". The Finals and cruiser-party were a complete success and great show.
FIESTA LATINA TOTAL - Ristorante Othello - Gothenburg Saturday 27th of December. So it was time for the final party 2008 and did we go out with a bang! Many thanks to Dj Pampas and all the magnificent party people that kept the dancefloor moving nonstop from beginning to end. We are already preparing next party so hold tight!
A truly hardrocking sound with the freshest tunes kept the dancefloor moving with the help of our friend Dj JuanPa! We had visit from not only GBG but also Borås and Växjö. Thanks to everybody who showed up and kept a great atmosphere!Special thanks to Jorge and Patricia from Radio Universo and all personnel at Othello. Keep it locked we will be returning very soon!

Saturday September 19 DJ Cubanito will be playing two sets at the Houston Dynamo's pre-game party against Salt Lake Real team. First set will be at 5:30 PM Second set will be at 6:25 PM. Be sure not to miss his Latin tribal & Electros sets in front of 18,000 people that will fire up a night of festivities!
