Edson Valsechi
Nasceu no dia 14 de dezembro de 1984 e começou sua trajetória musical no Coral Pequenos Cantores do Bairro Nossa Senhora da Salete, em Criciúma (SC), onde com apenas cinco anos de idade já fazia parte do coro principal.
Foi colaborador do Grupo de Cantores Mirins do Bairro Linha Batista, também em Criciúma. Neste grupo executou trabalhos de acompanhamento musical e vocal nas missas e cultos da Igreja da comunidade.
Aos 15 anos ingressou no Coral Show Criança Feliz. Nesta equipe ele aprendeu várias técnicas de expressão vocal e corporal. O Coral é um dos melhores do Estado de SC. Inclusive já realizou a abertura de eventos importantes como o Festival de Dança de Joinville.
Com 17 anos, entrou para o Coral do Colégio CEDUP, onde teve participação na gravação do primeiro CD da instituição. Em seguida, aos 18 anos, recebeu o segundo lugar no Festival da Canção Estudantil, no Criciúma Shopping.
Participou também da Oficina Técnica Vocal com a professora Gisa Volkmann durante a mostra de corais, no Festival Internacional de Corais de Criciúma, em novembro de 2002. Esteve presente no Festival da Canção de Timbó (SC), na fase cinco de nível nacional.
Em junho de 2004, passou nas eliminatórias do programa do SBT, POPSTARS.
Com 19 anos, obteve sua carteira profissional da Ordem dos Músicos do Brasil com licença para a parte Vocal. Assim, foi professor de técnica vocal para iniciantes no Centro Social Urbano, do Bairro Próspera em Criciúma - SC.
Participou do Grupo JB Musical apresentando-se em diversos eventos.
Foi integrante do Grupo Oásis Musical de Criciúma - SC , onde se apresentavam nos maiores shoppings e casamentos.
Em 2007 tornou-se vocalista da Banda Studiun 7, um dos maiores grupos musicais da Região Sul do Estado de Santa Catarina.
Como compositor, compôs diversas músicas onde algumas fazem parte de trabalhos de outros artistas do sul.
No final de 2007 lançou seu primeiro Single na carreira solo com a música PRA TE AMAR que foi executada nas melhores rádios do Brasil inclusive grande sucesso no verão do litoral de São Paulo sendo uma das mais tocadas pela Rádio Praia FM.
em 2008 integrou o Grupo Stylo Musical cantando em grandes eventos sociais no sul do Brasil.
Em 11 de setembro de 2009 lançou seu primeiro CD Solo com o Titulo "Vou pra festa" que esta sendo executado em grandes rádios, tais como, Transamérica FM e Onda Jovem FM.
Edson Valsechi was born in Brazil on 14 December 1984. Brazil is a country in South America and is considered to be the most populous in South America. He began his musical career in Small Singers Choral music when he was aged 5. This was in Bairro Nossa Senhora. He went on to work for a group of singers who were located in Mirins District. This group basically did gospel songs and sang in churches. When Edson Valsechi was 15 years old, he joined the Coral show and Happy children group. Through this group, he was able to harness his artistic talent. He learnt how to utilize his vocals and express himself through his body by dancing. Up to now, this group is still popular and holds major concerts in the state of Bairro Nosa Senhora such as the opening of the Festival of Cana Students. When Edson Valsechi was 17 years old, he decided to participate in the Coral Cola.
When Edson Valsechi was 18 years old, he participated in the Festival of Cana and he ended up being the first runners up. To sharpen his voice more, he decided to take up vocal training and attended a Vocal Techniques seminar. His teacher was Jayne Volkman. This seminar was held in November 2002 during the International Festivals of Reef Creek. In 2004, Edson Valsechi participated in a TV programme known as Popstars. Popstars is a television programme that is held in Brazil. It is similar to American Idols in a way as it is a competition where the best singer wins the prize.
Popstars were started in 1999 in New Zealand before the programme gained a world wide appeal and began showing in many countries, Brazil included. However, with time the show lost its appeal and many countries stopped running it due to low Ratings. The only country where Popstars became a hit and is till a hit is in Germany.
When he was 19 years old, Edson got a licence for vocals and his certified portfolio in the Order of MA sicos of Brazil. In 2007, Edson Valsechi was a member of the group Banda Stadium 7, where he eventually ended up becoming the lead singer. The Banda Stadium 7 was one of the most popular groups in Santa Cantarina.
A lot of people have influenced and helped shape the musical career and Biography of Edson Valsechi. These people include musical figures such as Justin Timberlake, Brain Mc Knight Ricky Martin, and Christine Aguilera among others. Edson Valsechi usually describes himself as a professional pop artist. The rich cultural and musical history of Brazil must have influenced Edson too.
It is known that Brazil has had an impact in the music industry worldwide having contributed to the development of classical music. Again, its annual Carnival which features, dance song and music have helped to inspire many upcoming artists. It is definite that it inspired and helped shape the Biography of Edson Valsechi too.
