Eduardo Betancourt, Músico Venezolano nacido en Caracas, Productor musical , Arreglista y multi instrumentista de amplia trayectoria en el campo de la Música tradicional Venezolana con más de 16 años de experiencia. Ha dado conciertos en países y ciudades como, Colombia, Londres, Tokyo, Canadá (Vancouver), Paraguay, EEUU (Washington DC , Philadelphya, New York) Argentina (Buenos Aires, Cosquin, Santiago del Estero), Chile, Bonaire, Cuba entre otros. Ha acompañado en eventos privados y en la Discografía de artistas tales como: Ilan Chester, Carlos Almenar Otero, Simón Díaz, Oscar D'León (En el pajarillo), a Gilberto Santa Rosa, Danny Rivera, a Luís "PAPO" Márquez (Trompetista Cubano) en un homenaje discográfico al maestro Arturo Sandoval, Gabriel Luna (Pianista Argentino), A Gualberto Ibarreto., Rafael "El Pollo" Brito, Fabiola José, Lester Paredes, Esperanza Márquez, Cesar Orozco, Cecilia Todd, Huáscar Barradas, Reynaldo Armas, Cristina Maica, Argenis Sánchez, Alejandro Zavala, Cesar Gómez, Ronald Punch, Pili Hernández junto a (Ensamble Gurrufio), Armando Martínez, Rogelio Ortiz, , Ismael Queráles, Pabellón sin Baranda, Rummy Olivo, Cristóbal Jiménez, Vidal Colmenares, Ignacio Rondón, José Ali Nieves, Francisco Montoya, Juan de los Santos Contreras (El Carrrao de Palmarito) (QPD).Dennys del Río, Alfredo Zerpa, entre otros. Con el Maestro Pianista Edward Simón, con su obra "Suite Venezolana", junto a Pablo Gil, Roberto Koch, Huáscar Barradas y Jorge Glem, interpretando el Arpa y las Maracas. A Representado a Venezuela en: "Primer Festival Mundial del Arpa" en la ciudad de Asunción en Paraguay en Noviembre del 2007, siendo la primera edición del mismo, con la finalidad de declarar a Asunción como la Capital Mundial del Arpa, también en el IV Encuentro Mundial de Arpas "Mishquila de Arpas" en Santiago del Estero (Argentina; En el Festival América en Cuerdas en Buenos Aires en su 1ra y 2da edición , en el Roslyn Spectrum Theather (Washington DC) Junto a los maestros Mariano González (Paraguay) y Edmar Castañeda (Colombia) Organizado por el "Teatro de la Luna" ; en Ciudad de México en el 8vo Festival del Arpa en Cerrillos, Veracruz, en Chihuahua en la Ciudad de Cuhautemoc Con el ensamble "Arpas de América" dirigido por el Maestro Celso Duarte y Familia, también un concierto ofrecido en la casa de Cultura "Jaime Sabines" en el DF, junto al Maestro cuatrista Luis Pino. En Chile junto a una delegación de Venezuela en la Universidad Católica de Santiago, en Cosquin en su 50 Aniversario Junto a los maestros Luis Pino, Rolando Goldman y Carlos Álvarez. En Tokio 2010, En el Prestigioso Festival Arpegios de la Primavera. También en el Ichikawa Seiyoukan, Class Master en Universidad de Tokyo y en el Teatro Soguetsu Kaikan, estos Junto a Luis Pino y La Gran Arpista Japonesa Lucia Shiomitsu. En la ciudad de Viena, en el Kursalon concierto ofrecido por los 50 años de la OPEP, en Sudáfrica, en Namibia, Johannesburgo y Mozambique junto a la cantante Fabiola José. En el Festival "Sonamos Latinoamérica" en la ciudad de Santa Fe, Argentina en su edición 2010 y edición 2011 en Caracas. En el Vougue Teather en rl 11 World Harp Congress en Vancouver Canadá 2011, el Mishquila de Arpas en Santiago del Estero en su edición número 7.
