........ ........ ........ ........ Eddies is back! From October 3rd/October 4th 2008 we will be in our new permanent home on Gough Street (near the Mailbox), Birmingham... Our intention was always to find a perfect replacement for the old Edwards No8 and now we believe we've found it... Eddies will be open every Friday and Saturday Night, featuring a big 500 capacity Rock Room with a stage for us to put on bands on a regular basis. There is also The Dungeon downstairs which will be the Industrial/ EBM/Goth/Electro Room, where we will also have bands on from time to time. There is a third room, The Bar, which will have '60's, '70's and '80's Classics on Fridays and Classic Rock on Saturdays... With all of your support, we have been able to keep the Eddies name alive after the fire with our nights at The Newt. We now hope we can repay your support by giving you and Birmingham the Rock Club you all deserve. ..
