Hey dear, I am now 7 days into my cleanse/diet and now just read today that I didn't HAVE to drink 60 ounces ... minimum is 30 (for those who want to lose more weight) but the last 2 days I've been having a hard time drinking the juice.
Wednesday is the 10th day and so far 10lbs gone and still counting. I can eat a few vegetables from my home made vegetable soup on Friday night and have more on Saturday for lunch along with a salad and fruit for dinner. Sunday I can go on my "regular diet" but without meat. I am planning on having a TOFU PHAD THAI for lunch (I am so excited for this) and GOD only knows what for dinner ... maybe go to a vegetarian restaurant. =)
Almost 12am and I have to get up in 6 or so hours so I better get to sleep. Ttysoon!
