eggwater is a 10 year old band project featuring one full time member. It came from wanting to play dinosaur jr/sonic youth inspired music but no one would join me in this pursuit so i did it all myself. 10 years on it still has the same outlook and the same single membership.
eggwater records using an eight track then somehow manages to mix from roland to one apple mac to the other apple mac and steadily reduce the hi fidelity sounds to more of a mess. All instruments are played by me - I can't deny that I like it this way. I know the drums could be much much better - Vaguely interesting is that I had to sell the drums (a vintage Staccato kit for 80 quid!!) to buy food so all new stuff is drumless.
eggwater has performed once acoustic many moons ago. eggwater was never meant to be a one man band and it was never meant to be my pseudonym. I guess some things just stick.
