About me: I'm recently attending UCSB (University of California, Santa Barbara for those who live outside of Cali) after two years of misery at College of the Canyons. So far...I'm enjoying my time despite all the hard work I have to deal with in my upper division courses and that god awful transition from the semester system to the quarter system. I've made new friends (though most of my UCSB friends are on my Facebook profile) and starting to find myself again after months of bitterness and loneliness. Think of that song "(Just Like) Starting Over" by John Lennon and that pretty much sums up all the joy that's coming back to my life. While all my friends and my family that I grew up with are now farther apart from where I am now, I feel that I've grown closer to them as I realize how much I do care and miss them. Maybe that sense of missing-ness is what draws me to appreciating them even more. I love life.
Enough of all that sappiness, I am not that much of a downer if I have made you feel so down. Anyway, I grew up in LA and Santa Clarita most of my life and just recently I moved to Santa Barbara to further my education. I enjoy finding and collecting (new or old) music, watching films of all sorts, and being with my friends. I'm known to most people to be very opinionated, but I see that as a worthy quality of my character since it goes to show I'm not like the rest.
Anyway...I rarely use myspace nowadays since I mostly do all my networking at Facebook. Feel free to contact me or send some love if you feel like doing so.
Who I'd like to meet: captain arab.

political incorrect=/=ignorance.

Juannnnnnnn I'm so so so so sorry : / My phone has been in my mom's car for a week and I just found it this morning. I saw that I had a missed call from you on friday night and realized when I rechecked my event invites that your going away party was this LAST Friday. For some reason I was thinking that because you said that this Saturday is right around the time you started school I figured that this upcoming friday was your going away party. I should have double checked. Sorry for flaking out.
