高校時代にクラブで出会った仲間と楽曲制作をしながら、クラブを中心にライブ活動を展開。『太陽の石』をきっかけに、 Reggae Disco Rockersのヴォーカルにフィーチャーされ"Reggae Disco Rockers feat. eico"『太陽の石』を'02年11月にリリース。
'03年より"eico"名義での制作をスタート。アナログ12インチ『キミノカゼ』、ミニ・アルバム『桃色』、アナログ12インチ『DROP』をFlower Recordsよりリリース、更に同年12月にはミニ・アルバム『風花』をリリース、このミニ・アルバムに収録されている「カザハナ」は、全国ＦＭ9局でパワープレイを獲得し、更には“SKI JAM 勝山”(西日本最大級のスキーリゾート)のＣＭ曲として関西地区を中心にTV--ラジオで、大量にオンエアされた。 '04年、シングル『君の星』『Strelitzia』、1st フル・アルバム『空の話』を"Sony Music Works"よりリリースし、そのピースフルな歌声、独特な詞の世界観、類い希なメロディー・センス、そして親しみやすい彼女のキャラクターは、シンガー・ソングライターとして、幅広い層から高い評価を得る。 '05年6月、ミュージシャン仲間とリラックスした空気の中、制作されたミニ・アルバム『月夜のギター』、そして'07年12月、2年ぶりのアルバム『メルテッド』をリリース。
