Rice University's Critical Theory Reading Group was initiated in August of 2006 by students from the English Department.
The group has since become a bastion of intellectual exchange and critical debate and its bi-weekly meetings are frequented by students from across the university, including the English, French, Anthropology, Archaeology and Religious Studies Programs.
Meetings run every second thursday and as announced; from 7pm in the English Department Lounge, 2nd Floor of Herring Hall.
Readings are available in the English Department Mailroom, 2nd Floor of Herring Hall.
