1800s Seamonster is fast asleep deep down in the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. This does not mean we can’t release new recordings or play sporadic oddball live shows, so keep your eyes peeled. Also, check out the latest offering, a soundtrack for an imaginary film recorded right at the turn of 2008 entitled "Soundtrack Tapes For Crazy Red The Squirrel". We like to liken it to FAUST IV meeting up with MEAT PUPPETS II at a birthday party for Gibby Haynes.

Everyone knows everyone in Maine! or last. fm That sounds great though, you guys are probably the only band that we could possibly play with and be NOIZEY!!
i'm listening to "give my regards to padrepid"+"the names of our revolutions"+"one man dance party." i'd like to hear more early stuff. it's easily listening compared to the daniel johnston i've been listening to lately.
It's extremely satisfying to make these songs. With ODW, I try to perfect songs. With this, sloppiness, or more so, care-free-ness is actually an aesthetic choice. Which is WONDERFULL!! Actually, as far as aesthic-sloppiness goes, the "Crazy red" tape is a big influence, especially when you said something like, "Remember guys, the sloppier the better". Or something like that.
Thanks, I think I've decided to only use my high voice for this project.
I'm thinking about making tapes of this. Probably won't sell them. I'll probably sneak some into some local Goodwills and leave them in the tape section. I'll send you out a copy as well. And other people, if they want one.
