After a lot of thought, I've decided to pass over the daily running of the label to Alex Kantarelis. Everything we have done up to this point has been a thrill for me. Some of you know that I moved to Santa Barbara "just for the summer". Well, I've decided to stay here. I hesitate to say that I'm growing out of hardcore, but the truth is, its not an everyday part of my life like it was back in Massachusetts. I'd still somehow like to be involved in future projects because I think my 2 cents is worth 20 bucks personally. Realistically I need to be more of the behind the scene type right now.
California has been just magical thus far. I scored a sweet personal training job at one of the finest clubs in Socal called Spectrum: www.spectrumclubs.com. Training at the gym, personal house sessions, combined with my usual hours at Trader Joe's, leaves me very little time to devote to the everyday running of the label in a professional way.
It is a tricky time in the scene for labels. Alex and I started something special and I don't want to see it just disappear. The next release will be the Youth Attack documentary. Check back soon for more info on that!
We have about 100 copies of the debut Foundation 7" on black left. And of course plenty of the Unforgiven CDEP. Remember CDs? So oldschool.
If you have any questions about day to day things please contact Alex though his myspace page.

p.s.. Alex bought me a bass. I know, its the cliche girl instrument, but I tried guitar and failed. I want to be in an indie rock band that is a cross between Iron Maiden, Jejune, Superchunk, and the Foo Fighters. EPR release 2009?
I'm glad your company is going strong! Keep at it! I hope we can take another trip someday in our lifetime. If I ever go to Japan - you're coming! Love ya.
