Tonight I added vanilla to my coffee.  The vanilla soymilk adds just the right touch without drowning my coffee in creamer taste.  A cool night and a warm drink is the best.  I'm going to try warming the chocolate too.

Most articles tell you what not to feed your ADHA person. This artile tells you what vitamins, etc help stimulate brain function. I was delighted to see that 8th Continent Complete contains most of the recommended  items. http://health.msn.com/health-topics/adhd/slideshow.aspx?cp-documentid=100163625

I had some homemade ice cream last night that I had made with Vanilla soymilk last month.  Froze the left overs and they were just as tasty last night as they were in August.  I would love to make some chocolate too.  Nothing better than homemade ice cream while curled under the blanket.
