Just in case anyone wasn't aware, 8th Continent soymilk has been added to the milk selections for WIC.  How great to finally have soymilk approved and recognized by the program!

Tonight I added vanilla to my coffee.  The vanilla soymilk adds just the right touch without drowning my coffee in creamer taste.  A cool night and a warm drink is the best.  I'm going to try warming the chocolate too.

do you have any cookie recipes that use soymilk? Someone I know mentioned chocolate chip cookies and I've been searching high and low for a cookie recipe (any cookie recipe for that matter) that calls for milk so I can give it a try with soymilk. I've heard that I can substitute soymilk in equal amounts for regular milk - very nice!

Most articles tell you what not to feed your ADHA person. This artile tells you what vitamins, etc help stimulate brain function. I was delighted to see that 8th Continent Complete contains most of the recommended  items. http://health.msn.com/health-topics/adhd/slideshow.aspx?cp-documentid=100163625

You're correct! There is surely no need for creamer anymore.
