With experimental leanings and nostalgic temptations, Eight Two enters a new musical reality that makes you believe in magic.
Setting out to make danceable music no matter the subject, Eight Two achieves something magical with their upcoming EP. The title track is reminiscent of an epic song from the '60s-- clocking in at 8 minutes, it is a wonderland that Alice only dreamed of visiting. Other songs, like "River Sponge", "Shiny Purple Tiger", "Underground" and "Cupcake" are slightly twisted mystical love songs, beautiful and creamy, reminding you what the fantasy of love feels like.
Eight Two nonchalantly defies genre classification and keeps an open mind about the sounds that come out. As long as they are from the heart, anything goes.
