About Einar Stray

Einar Stray is an experimental singer-songwriter from Sandvika, Norway.
Even though the young mister just turned 19 years old, his music since year 2006, has been compared to great musicians like Sufjan Stevens, Efterklang and Sigur Rós. Live, Einar has musician friends with him on stage and together they make delicate sometimes grandiose sounds with both strings and percussions. Stray is also famous for making the soundtrack for the french short film “Lights” by Seb Houis.
His EP “Favors & Fields” was released august 2008 on Spoon Train Audio and Playground Music. Debut album is coming out in 2011.
