Einat is a Dr. of Sociology (Ph.D). She specializes in gender and "Israeli masculinity", implementing her personal vision in these areas as a social activist. Her research had been published in the Israeli media (see video for example) and had raised great interest. Einat now lectures on her work all over the country.
