Living life in a whole-hearted manner could quite possibly take on as many meanings as there are people in the world today. For us as a band, group of friends but ultimately as immersed Christians, we take our name, ekkardia, from that commitment and apply it to our God and each other. Ekkardia, the Greek form of whole-hearted, simply expresses how far we're willing to explore our faith and love for Him by sharing our passion. All things good come from Him and we want to show it to anyone willing to experience the ultimate joy. GOD.

Even before we came together to do what we enjoy most, the strong bonds of Faith and Friendship brought us to where we are as Christians. The musical experience we provide today came out of those bonds, and our growth together as a band has been an incredible transformation. Stripped down to our roots, we are just five Christian guys doing what we can to spread the Word.
CREDO of EKKARDIA
An unofficial band motto, "We like to play," sounds ridiculous and simplistic when compared to sharing God with others, but it's a completely true statement. We wouldn't trade what we do as a ministry because what we love to do is play. Our versatile style and range allows us to put our own spin on old favorites or use our own catalog of songs to display the power of God through all of our fingers, toes and voices.

As we strive to grow and flourish in God's work, the importance does NOT come from what we do on stage. It IS NOT and WILL NEVER BE about us. Our goal is to be a medium for the message of God. Your heart and mind are the true receptors to Him.
We appreciate any and all support, but always remember the message comes from someone much greater than us. We hope both Christians and non-Christians can take something away from a show or service that we are privileged to take part in.
