Broken Beat / Emotronic
"Casio Blaster" and "99 Mistakes" are 1000names and are both Dj’s from Sofia. They started to play together at the end of the 1990's, when they discovered the original hip-hop culture and began to make beats. The process always involved a lot of sampling and the recycling of all sorts of music.
With the addictive freshness of his sound and dense stream of productions, it's easy to get the feeling that he's a new player on the scene, but YoggyOne (who hails from Besançon, France) already had his fill of music experience before finally landing in the beat game...
We welcome you to the land of the Rising Sun. Yosi HORIKAWA is a self-taught sound designer who, from the age of 12, has spent most of his time and talent manipulating and grinding up all sorts of sounds.
This young duet is composed of Fulgeance (Machines, low Guitare) and Blockbass (scratch, turntable speech). The two boys draw their inspiration from the jazz, the funk, and Hip-hop.
Dr Raphaël & Mc MöHrR grew up together, they bought their first Michael Jackson EP together, had their first sexual experience while watching sabrina's breast in the famous "boys boys boys" video.
Influenced for a long time by all the musical styles (jazz / funk / hip-hop / électro), our dj-producteur-beatmaker likes has to blur tracks by multiplying the projects.
Today, it is under the pseudo Peter Digital Orchestra that Fulgeance works
Sebastien Marx has been performing his live P.A. for the last seven years on the techno scene. His music ranges from hard techno through to electro and breaks. Based in London, he has played at numerous festivals, technivals and clubs thoughout the UK.
BLAST was created at instigation of Pierre Millet, the forming (double bass, machines, keyboards and trumpet) mixes jazz and electronics by leaving a big place with the improvisation.
Trio "électro-décapant" was based in 1998, Bazouka Crew arose from an urge to federate evenings. Tired by the mainstream which invades the house directed and formated, the trio opts for a sound mixing électro, hip-hop and Funk.

L'article 23 du code des marchés publics dispose que " la commission d'appel d'offres dresse procès-verbal de ses réunions ". Ce document est l'acte d'enregistrement de tous les travaux de la commission. Lorsque les membres de la commission sont amenés à rendre un avis ou à prendre une décision, cela doit donc figurer au procès-verbal. Dès lors que la réglementation de la commande publique impose, conformément au principe de transparence des procédures, qu'un avis ou une décision soit motivé, ces motifs doivent également apparaître dans le procès-verbal. C'est le cas des décisions prises par la commission d'appel d'offres lorsqu'elle élimine des candidatures irrecevables (articles 58-II et 61-II du code des marchés publics) et des offres non conformes à l'objet du marché (articles 58-III et 63-III), lorsqu'elle rejette les offres anormalement basses (article 55), lorsqu'elle choisit l'attributaire du marché (article 33) en sélectionnant l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse (articles 59-II, 64-II, 66 et 67-II) ou qu'elle déclare la procédure infructueuse ou sans suite (idem). Il en est de même de l'avis que la commission doit rendre en application de l'article 8 de la loi n° 95-197 du 8 février 1995 lorsqu'un projet d'avenant entraînant une augmentation du montant global d'un marché supérieure à 5 % lui est soumis. L'assemblée délibérante prend connaissance de cet avis avant de statuer sur le projet d'avenant. En revanche, dans le cadre de l'exécution d'un certain nombre de tâches matérielles, comme notamment l'enregistrement du contenu des offres, la motivation est sans objet. Par ailleurs, le processus d'analyse des offres ayant permis de déterminer l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse est retranscrit dans le procès-verbal de la commission d'appel d'offres.
