29 year old self taught producer/DJ. First caught the music bug when I received keyboard for my 12th Birthday. I tought myself to play by sitting there listening to tracks for hours on end whilst trying to copy everything I could here on my keyboard. Started messing around with legendary tracker, Octamed on the Commodore Amiga when I was 14 and also started DJing about the same time. Bought myself a Roland MC303 a few years later b ut found the memory restrictions a pain in the arse. So got me a PC and Fruity Loops and never looked back since.
In the summer of 2007 I studied Music Technology & Sound Engineering at The Recording Workshop in London.
Currently producing with long time friend Michael Hooker under the guises of "JE2" and also "Hooker & De Freitas".
Also working on other projects with Peter De Momme (Clique) and The Don (Fruit De Mer).
