El-Creepo! is the debut solo record from singer songwriter Todd Edward Smith. Over the past decade, Smith has been the voice and chief songwriter for Dog Fashion Disco, The Alter Boys, and current band Polkadot Cadaver. El-Creepo finds Smith taking a stylistic detour from his past efforts, into more acoustic based, mellow and sometimes hauntingly meditative musical passages. El-Creepo! is best experienced on mind altering substances while sitting in a dark room. Smith sings of all things sadistic, morbid, disturbing and unsettling, whats new!..... If your looking for a record to drive around in your Iroc-Z with the T-tops off, this is not the one! We hope you enjoy!
can you put some of your songs on youtube so people can post your vids and promote your music? people are more likely to check you out if there's a vid instead of just a link.
braaaaa? i tunes got ur shit all screwd. u should haller at em.they have the wrong titles with the wrong songs! please email me the playlist for the album, cause i want to listen to the record the way it is intended.thnx great job on the album!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you already know....the album kicks huge amounts of ass. You need to talk to whoever runs things over at Rotten Records though. I never got my email saying it had shipped and when I sent an email asking about it, I got nothing back. The CD eventually came but WITHOUT the DFD shirt I'd also ordered. I had to call and find out that it just wasn't sent. Everything worked out in the end but man..... I think I've had maybe 2 good experiences with ordering things online.
Whatever though....rant over.
The album's great. Can't wait to hear what you do next.
I'm preaching the good word that Todd is totally god on his solo album. El-Creepo = album of the year (not supposed to be a Faith No More reference either).
I got a nice surprise when I opened the mailbox today. I really was surprised because my order info still says "Processing" on the Rotten Records site. Anyway...I finally got my El-Creepo! Woo-hoo! I'm going to listen to it after college tonight! All hail the messiah!
Would it be possible to get the lyrics to the CD? Its kind of sad, but I think I've listened to this album like 25 times since tuesday night when i got it.... Awesome Work.
