I know many people have been asking about this new project and are anxious to hear this new exciting music . I'm pleased to have a little sample of it posted...
This is to support the European Tour that starts in a couple days. The rest of the album comes out on August 25th...........
NEW MUSIC CLIPS FROM THE NEW UNRELEASED ALBUM "VIRTUE"... I posted 4 new tracks which will be on the new album "VIRTUE". The album will be released on August 25, 2009 .... In the meantime, I sincerely hope you enjoy!!! ***Armando Gola (bass), Ludwig Afonso (drums)***... the album also features Joshua Redman (tenor and soprano sax); Felipe Lamoglia (tenor and soprano sax); Nicholas Payton (trumpet).
Also scroll down check out a youtube clip of a performance of RHAPSODY IN BLUE with the Latvia Symphony Orchestra. I had an amazing time playing this piece with the orchestra. It was certainly an exhilarating experience.
The trio's drummer Ludwig Afonso had a clinic at the University of Miami. He played drums to a midi sequence that I made for one of the tunes called Exposition from the new record. I loved it so much that i had to post it on my page.

I loved the show in Boston last night, Thanks so much for coming !!
I really enjoyed your new drummer Ludwig Afonso, He really knows how to play, he knows how to play soft and quiet when he needs to, something not every drummer knows how to do. anyway, everyone there loved seeing you and watching you play !!
You ought to add Washington, DC to your tour, Eldar. You're truly a stellar talent. People would flock from all over the Mid-Atlantic states to see you. All the best wishes ~ (•:-)}
