A mystic journey from ethnic Progressive to morning Trance…sung in Elfic language !
ELEA is back, with a fourth album, “Stellar Connection”, a trip through space and organic atmospheric sounds.
This time, the duo dives into the mysticism of Psychedelic Progressive Trance, exploring the Elfic world and its language, gliding up through the cosmos to unknown constellations.
The journey begins with the "Elfic Mantra" which Elea and Swann recite to celebrate their departure as the spacecraft takes off from their mother Earth. A deep ethnic ambient overture.
Then the ship progressively accelerates to Progressive and Trance tempi, surfing upon energy waves, meandering through crystal structures, stopping at Alderande and Andromeda, connecting its Alpha transceivers to the stellar connection...
Landing on Tatooine, Elea and Swann meet up with their friend CELL, who has been inspired to remix the track "Suns Of Tatooine" (from ELEA's previous album, "Strange World") to a pure Ambient Progressive version that smoothly ends the stellar journey.
A huge work of transformation on the voice of Elea Goa and the flutes of Swann, the duo is constantly experimenting with new technologies, bringing new ways to view music. They will apply this in their new live show, with spectacular live effects of vocal and flute transformation, and of course their well known punchy percussion.

ELEA presents “Strange World” :
a return to its sources, with a magnificent concept album.
Recorded in Ibiza, facing the sea, this new album, calm and serene, develops a vast sound, opening onto symphonic horizons.
Leaving ample room for acoustic instruments such as guitars, piano, flutes, percussions, the duo worked with a string quartet on arrangements that give cinematic scope to several of the album’s titles.
In keeping with the tradition of the psychedelic music of the seventies, the major influence, the onethey grew up under, combined with the maturity they have acquired, the titles are mixed together in
the manner of a concept album illustrating the universe of ELEA, where ethereal sounds wind in and out of vocal harmonies, revisited by modern technologies à la Massive Attack or Air.
From the atmosphere inspired by Pink Floyd or Tangerine Dream, to a creative “chill out” with ethnic shades, “Strange World” reveals a dreamlike vision of landscapes, an “ambient” universe where organic sounds cross with areas of weightlessness.
Inspired by the psychedelic ambient of Ibiza where they live, the group actively participates to the Ibiza..s musical scene : being Kumharas resident, each Sunday of the summer season in the Kumharas Sessions - party organized at Kumharas Ibiza by Space Tepee Music; animating the Space Tepee Music radio show, every Friday of the year, on Ibiza Sonica 95.2 FM; playing live in a lot of Ibicenco events and places !
The ELEA ..recipe.. lies in the use of complementary opposites: rhythm and harmony, low frequencies and highpitched sonorities, sun-bathed music and the music you listen to at night, the elements Earth and Air, the acoustic and the electronic. ..The idea is to dig into the sound so as to create the widest space possible between the low tones that resound in the earth, and the high, crystalline notes that rise into the air... The result: strong compositions, borne by an arial voice and extensive harmony, powerful percussion, and highly subtle programmings.
