I was deeply moved the courage that the citizens of Tehran showed post election. It was vintage 1968 where people risked their lives for the good of their freedom and the future of the country they love. I couldnt imagine personally what these people woke up feeling knowing they were walking into the unknown, given the threats from the leadership regarding protesting the election results. The NME in fact picke dup the video as well. I do apolitical radio show on east village radio called Shock and Awesome so the issue was pretty impactful to us. We had a top scholar from Iran on the show that week. An Ahmadinjead supporter. It was pretty interesting. we should talk. hey , i found out about your band from one of your members, melissa. i like your sound very relaxed yet interesting holds my attention the lead singer has a powerful voice your song "our love is smoking" is great, and the female vocalist in "so it goes" has a elegant voice.
That was a beautiful thing the other day.Getting people together to listen to some great music and a call for freedom. Everyone in the world deseves to be free. The second solo act was really groovy.
