NYC Based Electric Chariot began as a duo project between Singer/Songwriter Victoria Schwartz and Keyboardist/Producer Dennis Natal. Each drawing from similiar musical tastes ranging from electronic, trip hop, classic rock, jazz, blues and classical music. They weaved together a sound all their own. Their joint efforts created the EC sound and led to the release of their debut project "Signs And Illusions" (iTunes 2008).

It was during the promotion of the material that 'duo' became a 5 piece outfit with original line up : Anees Alhamyari (guitars), Fred Marras (bass) and Victorias drummer brother Gabriel Schwartz. The music began to evolve further and became more than just another electronic group.
The music took on new life on stage. After some performances in the city playing venues such as The Annex, Arlenes Grocery and Rehab; the Alternative/Electronic band went on a hiatus. Pursuing personal ventures and leading themselves further into the music industry.
As 2009 has approached there is a new energy brought into the music. New members ( Jeffrey Natal, Mike Miranda). Victoria and Dennis have been writing new material for what will become a new project which at the moment is untitled but is currently in production. The Electro/Rock 5 will be performing in the city yet again and will be putting on the best performance that can be heard in any local city venue.
