Electric Dammit is the project of A and B. Born from a friendship and mutual love of music, this is not the first time the two have collaborated, although everything to this point was nothing more than bored collegiate pissing in the wind. Originally conceived as a electro-noise garage blues band, Electric Dammit quickly became less of a rock'n'roll vision, and more of an introspective, singer-songwriter canvas of beauty and personal exploration. While many of the personal reasons for creating this music has long since been resolved, it is hoped that the essence of what makes Electric Dammit what it is remains and that the emotional, personal, and introspective focus of the music continues.
The music here is immature. Hopefully not emotionally immature, but raw in terms of professional quality. The original structure was originally created by B with his guitar and his pen as an outlet for his overactive psyche and passed on to A for texture, melody, and additional rhythm. Some has been recorded with basic micrphones only, and some have been recorded with digital multi-trackers. All are sincere.
