Electric Daze is a three-piece rock band whose music has been described as “retro garage rock.” Their music blends vintage sound with a modern edge to the tune of tasty riffs and an energetic rhythm.
The original line-up (Andy, Patrick, and Zach) formed in the winter of 2003 after meeting each other in high school and soon began creating and perfecting much of what is on their debut CD. Starting in 2004, the band was ready to play shows in local venues and began showing up more experienced bands and impressed a very wide age group.
The band had handful of low budget demos under their name and many performances they’ve played and in 2007 the band was ready to record an actual CD. In February 2007, the band recorded “Note to Self” featuring eight eclectic songs ranging from the punchy hard rock to heavy blues and even a mellow song is thrown in the mix.
Since the CD, Patrick left for college in Louisiana and Sean filled in his spot soon after. Currently, the band is preparing for many shows to come and writing new tunes for your listening pleasure.
