.. A TOY STORY: Not so long ago the Dolls lived on a shelf in a toy factory a long way away (but just down the road from Noddy) in Toy Town. They used to giggle and joke and slag off all the other toys together, shouting to each other through their shrink-wrap packaging. The day finally came when it was time for them to be sent away to toyshops all around the world. It was then that Lynsey Doll spoke up... "Sod this for a game of soldiers! Lets burst out of our boxes and go and see the world together! I'm not a thing that can be sold to the highest bidder". Lexy Doll replied with pride... "I am! I've been especially designed for someone else's pleasure. I want to make other people happy, it's what I'm designed to do." Jenny Doll stood there, fresh from the mould, and batted her wide dolly eyes. She was listening intently to what Lexy Doll said. It was then that Lynsey really spoke up (she was after all a feisty Doll from the shelf north of Watford and she didn’t want to see another Doll go down the same baby pink brick road as all the others). "Listen, I know a way we can dance, sing and generally f*%& about AND be adored for it" Lynsey said. The Dolls were intrigued... Emma Doll, who had been making her hair stick up as high as possible, joined the girls. She knew that when the 5 of them got together there was always a lot of fun guaranteed... and what Emma liked (just as much as chocolate) was fun! Sassy Kelly Doll then spoke up... (she too, like Lynsey Doll, was from a shelf north of Watford). "Yeah, I know what Lynsey's saying!” (She’d been waiting for her moment to say her bit because Lynsey Doll didn’t half go on). Let’s form a band!" “Yeah! Woo hoo! Let’s do it!!!” they all shouted. TO BE CONTINUED...
