Michael Phillips is a computer programmer and amateur philosopher.
He plays classical guitar and can be booked for weddings/events and so on. See www.area2.co.uk or wedding guitar for more details and audio samples.
He also plays his own original acoustic music which is what this page is about.
Also Michael draws simple drawing of animals/robots and makes short films all of which you will see doted around the page here.

As per usual a great set...perhaps we could even knock together a few tracks with Ian on Violin and me on bass for one of the open mic nights...I know I have officially left efp but hopefully that does not mean we can't do the odd few tracks together once in a while.
First of all, bless you for crediting Tears for Fears and not that dreadful cover version that was number 1 a few Christmases back. I love the backing, but think the vocals, in this instance, could do with a bit of atmospheric reverb, no? Just a thought.
Cheers for the encouragement just need to make them in to the completed article. Busy now (off to another rehearsal) but I notice you have some new tracks up...I'll give them a listen in the early hours of tomorrow.
Love the poster for our gig...looking forward to it. We probably need to have a chat about set lengths/start times etc at some point soon. Groovesonic have 1hr 30mins of ready material but it depends how long you want/need.
